5th : THE STREETS mix
With his brilliant new LP 'A Grand Don't Come For Free'
released this month, it was a treat to be able to bring
you this exclusive mix put together for the show by
The Streets mainman, Mike Skinner.
Featuring his personal choice of Hip-Hop and Garage
tunes along with some special re-mixes exclusively
for this mix, it was indeed a good night to stay in with
12th : Mr. SCRUFF mix
Another sweet exclusive for The Garden this month:
a "peachy" mix by Ninja Tunes' own fish wizard Mr.Scruff.
I complimented his main course with Hors d'oeuvre featuring
amongst other fine palatable pleasures.
As usual it all kicked off on air from 10pm but you can find
19th : TO ROCOCO ROT mix
As one of the finest of the German electronic acts in the last few years, To Rococo Rot have built up a great body
of work. They have a new album due soon on Domino called 'Hotel Morgen' and to give you a taste of their cool
and beautiful sound their mainman Robert Lippock mixed
up a selection of his favourite tunes, along with some of the bands own ice chilled grooves.

26th : THE ITALIAN CONNECTION
Tonight I showcased some of the fine new music coming
from Italy. Featuring several bands who received their
first radio airplay in the UK, I mixed up a choice selection
of some of the great, original talent from Italy today.
With the electro-acoustic experimentation of artists like
Claudio Rocchetti and OVO to the beautiful acoustic moods

3rd : SUPER FURRY ANIMALS mix
Tonight I celebrated the arrival of CRMK's NEW
studio desk by testing its sonic capabilities to
the max, with The Head Gardener's tribute to
the mighty Super Furry Animals.
Broadcast in high definition Technicolor-sound,
the mix featured tracks from all 7 albums and
plenty of surprises; get your online fix here : SFA
9th : FAULTLINE session
For tonight's Gardening session, I welcomed Downtempo programmer
David Kosten, who entertained us with some beautiful and rather
special tunes. He has 2 albums to his credit, the first of which
'Closer Colder' came out in '99 and was one of my favourite
albums of that year. I complimented his tracks with new
delightful aural pleasures.
16th : INCREDIBLE STRING BAND session
The legendary folk band who set off on a UK tour this month, performed
3 tunes for The Garden this evening. Originally broadcast on the show
before this site was even born! It is perfect timing that their timeless
music should be re-heard alongside some of the fine new music of today.

23rd : REBELLIOUS JUKEBOX EVENING
Tonight I broadcasted a special mix of the coolest selection
of electro, funk and punk put together especially for The Garden
by DJ Alexis Taylor - perhaps better known in MK as Capt. Alex
of Revolver. Rebellious Jukebox is a groovy clubnight which covers
most bases and you were able to hear why it's so popular without
even getting off the ruddy sofa!
There were plenty of rockin' tunes from The Fall ~ ESG Playgroup
and all manner of rebellious recordings and remember to check out

30th : TRUNK TREASURES mix
To celebrate the release this month of the Trunk Records
mainman Jonny Trunk's first album 'The Inside Outside'
I mixed all manner of groovy delights from one of the
UK's finest independent and original labels.
From releasing original soundtracks to TV shows like
body of work. I also played tracks from their more "adult"
catalogue too which was perhaps even more of a good
reason to stay in and listen. Feel free to open the Trunk
